Best service and boots- Mya and Marium were so great. Walked out with a great new pair of boots and a wonderful experience overall. Also got my boots branded. Love it.

Had an excellent experience at this location with Sara(h?) the manager. I had so many questions and she was so knowledgeable about finding the perfect boot/fit and look. I had originally purchased my boots in Austin and was undecided on the fit of the size I had shipped to my home. My friends rave about the quality of their boots and comfort and I know I will have the same experience. I am just bummed after all the time she spent with me she did not get commission on the sale as I needed to order my size from another location 🙃. Hope Tecovas changes their store policy so the employees can earn proper commission-assuming they work on commission.

Love my new Tacovas boots! Super comfortable and they look great too. And the staff at Tacovas International Plaza Mall (Tampa) is very welcoming and friendly. I got my boots branded and they offered me a beverage while I waited (just 7 mins or so anyway). Very knowledgable, giving me the new customer tour re: free polishing/boot care, etc. Thank you Abby & Josh for all your help with my new Tacovas :-) KFC

Had the best experience at this store this weekend. The staff were so sweet and helpful, the store was beautiful and had a great selection, and the drink options and branding bar were so much fun! Highly recommend a visit to the Tampa location. Thanks to the staff for making great recommendations and branding both pairs of new boots perfectly!

Absolutely LOVE this store! Everyone that works there is amazing. They truly put the customer first and really know their inventory. If you are looking for cowboy boots, then you can be assured that they will take great care of you!!

Just bought my first pair of Tecovas and it certainly won't be my last. They are super comfortable and they look fantastic! They'll even pour you a drink while you try on some boots. I enjoyed some whiskey and I'll be enjoying these boots for a long time!

Marki helped us out with an impromptu branding today. She did an excellent job and her customer service is off the charts. Best service we’ve had in all the Tecovas we’ve ever been too.
